Lexus House Extension

This was a complex project though relatively small in build area. The brief was to create modern offices from the shell of a1980’s office and deal with the poor circulation and fragmented nature of the existing building.

The finished scheme exceeds the brief, providing cellular & open plan offices, meeting rooms, two boardrooms, toilet cores and most importantly a unifying stair core that connects the building to the rest of the development. All works were carried out in alive work environment and the entire project was completed in six months.
