The Intercontinental hotel​

The client wanted to relocate existing offices space from first floor to the basement to allow for an additional twenty hotel bedrooms to be provided. They also wanted to subdivide several suites into hotel bedrooms throughout the hotel.

The project consisted of two parts the provision of new office accommodation for the administrative staff and then hotel bedroom works. This was a difficult project in terms of logistics and the fact that the works were carried out in a live fully operational luxury hotel.
