Grand Canal House Office Fit-Out

The project was to convert and upgrade the existing building and make it suitable for the use by Glandore as serviced offices. This work included the upgrade of the entrance lobby, stair cores and the remodeling of the existing common areas.

The project used the existing Glandore corporate palette of materials. We designed a series of collaborative, individual working, and breakout spaces. Externally the existing windows were repainted, and the entrance was upgraded to have an automated door and a wheelchair lift was added.
