Cobbe architecture were asked by the client to update the existing reception lobby and refurbish and upgrade the existing common areas, stair core and toilets on the existing 6 floors.

The project was complicated by the fact that the works had to be carried out in a live work environment and under a tight timetable. The project used a simple palette of painted joinery, oak, and granite flooring.
